Area Manager

We need a post-graduated student or student in final year, an exceptional people to develop Ucalenda in his city or locality. The Area Manager will have an important role in the structure of Ucalenda in his country, and be in contact with our international team. He will be responsible of the universities of this area and also open new universities and find the right University Manager. This job has an important potential of growth, as new universities are open quickly,

Languages: English & national fluent, French and Spanish an advantage.

Faculty: open – a plus if actually studying Business or Marketing in University

Experience: Previous entrepreneurial activities and/or team management

Soft skills: Highly Passionate, Dynamic, Proactive, Organized and structured / Interpersonal and relationships building, Marketing and communication

Principal Responsibilities

• Develop Ucalenda in your city or locality.
• Manage the Universities Managers and find new ones to open new universities.
• Work closely with the Country Manager.
• Bring new ideas and concept
• Participate in Ucalenda’s national meetings.
• Between 40-60% full time job (depends on the number of universities in the area)
